LEAVE HIM ALONE...... geez...... you are lucky he responded at all.....don't expect him to dig up some other referral for you or help you with the situation.....LEAVE HIM ALONE......Having the AC out sucks, but its not the end of the world...... suck it up....unless its a life threatening situation, relax... get some portable or wall units and deal with it a couple of days......In my area its not uncommon to be several days for an HVAC person to available period.... let alone someone you trust or have used.

They are completely ghosting me on emails, returning calls and responding to me in their portal.

Dear BP Community,I have an interesting issue here: I am very much interested in purchasing a bank's REO foreclosure house but my broker respectfully declined to represent me because the seller wants to use his AOS instead of the typical PAR contract and it takes too long for the seller's broker to respond.

We have reached out to 6 hard money lenders about the deal 3 aren't lending, 1 hasn't responded and 2 have responded and are about the same terms.

They didn't respond and we got it under contract through a wholesaler a couple weeks after that.

What objections do you hear & how do you respond to get an appointment set?

If during the process you stop responding in a timely manner, you're out.Will be done by Sunday afternoon. 

Hopefully someone on here that knows the area can respond with more info for you.
