I am gearing up to make a run at some high equity peoperty owners via cold calling. We have previously sent 4-5 postcards to this same list. What objections do you hear & how do you respond to get an appointment set? My goal is to land 10 new appointments next week and your expert advice is greatly appreciated!

Sending out multiple cards to the same list IS AN ILLUSION!!!

Everyone that says different are wrong. Do NOT do that!!

DMM is horrible.. PERIOD!

You truly need to find a different way to get leads.

If you find leads the right way you NEVER have to deal with any objections.

The way we get our leads is that WE are the ones to object to walktroughs. They ask us to please come by and we  sit there and evaluate their case to see if it is worth our time!

This is where you want to be and you sure as hell won't get there with DMM!
