Last person I offered to help ghosted the process.  It is detailed work and yes you have to do the work.

I will help you build a Deal Analysis tool via this post if you want. Then you share to the group.  

Why not just give you mine.  Because you won't learn it, and I hate using other people's spreadsheets or analysis.

Let me know if your game.  Then we will start.  If during the process you stop responding in a timely manner, you're out.

Read every Deal analysis post I have made.  Use the Lookup function with my name and Deal Analysis.  Should be about 14 of them.  Vote on them, so I know you actually read them and are doing the "Work".
