I need to move to  another county due to a job related relocation.

I am a new member currently in the Redondo Beach, CA area but will possibly be relocating to Cincinnati, OH or Northern Kentucky.

New year new me, I'm from NJ born and raised (30+yrs) but relocated in 2015 to NC so I'm learning the lay of the land. 

If so when you returned or relocated how did you get yourself back into the swing of things?

If you feel bad about the eviction procedure perhaps offer to refer them to a Realtor that can help them relocate or offer to pay them cash for keys( Give them money to leave). 

I am from Florida recently relocated to Bellevue, NE in September.

I live in California, and just learned I'll be relocating out of state.

Relocating to Memphis TN later this summer and will be making a career change.

My husband and I visit Charleston and Hilton Head area annually, and have plans to eventually relocate in the next few years. 

I agree with the others that it is a strange choice, but I made a similar choice when I was living in Orange County California and relocated to Detroit because of the opportunities up here.For me I guess the best way to put it was to decide if I wanted to earn a living by investing in RE or just do it as a hobby.
