Is there anyone here that is currently working for Ale Solutions or any other company similar working as a relocation specialist?

Hi all, I've been housing hacking a duplex since 2021 and due to some life changes will be relocating out of state.

Since you’re considering relocating, I can’t recommend the house hacking investing strategy enough.

While we are not tax professionals ourselves, we do share how we ourselves have made millions and paid very little taxes along the wayAlso @Eli Edwards A network of relocation specialists is not a reason to invest in a course.  

I want to know whether it would work legally for me to buy a home and occupy it for 6 months and then relocate for the maximum time of two years and then return to the property a my primary residence. 

However, after receiving the survey results, I discovered that the house is located less than 1 foot over the sublot line (see attached image).Here are the options I’m considering:Rent the current house for market value (~$1,500–1,600/month) and convert the detached garage into an ADU to rent for ~$1,000/month.Relocate the house to split the lot, then sell the newly created lot (~$100,000) while renting out the existing house.Relocate the house to split the lot and build a new home on the second lot.Demolish the current house and garage, split the lot, and build two new homes.At this time, I am uncertain about the cost of relocating the house.Questions for the community:Has anyone faced a similar situation?

We are looking to eventually relocate to the States so would like to start building our portfolio in a State that has consistent appreciation with room for rents to increase going forward. 

I have had wonderful renters each year, relocations to my area who need temporary housing, but this year have not had even a single inquiry (priced the same as previous years).
