Real Estate 2.0 Same Business, Maybe I'm Outdated!

Hello everyone!!!!  New year new me, I'm from NJ born and raised (30+yrs) but relocated in 2015 to NC so I'm learning the lay of the land. Amazingly I have been a sales agent (10+yrs), part owner in a brokerage, and a Jr. Appraiser (4+yrs)but I feel like I am learning a whole new industry. I started out in the very late 90's using the traditional methods of doing real estate, buy and hold and flipping when buyers only needed to breathe and have a pulse and they were approved...but since that time I lost it all during the bubble. Within the last year I have got back on the bicycle (after taking my bruises) and feel like I don't know how to ride..!? Being a marketer is the one thing you never learn in real estate school, and I had only one tool that worked. So now I am learning to reach out to communities and learn, learn, learn..!! What ever expertise I can offer of my years in the business, I am more than happy to share. Looking forward to the exchange of knowledge, information, and experiences with you all!
