Through our vast networks we do a lot of financing deals, buy/sell side of hotels/casinos/bulk REO, import export, trading commodities, and entertainment.

I can't see running ads nonstop for buyers, other than networking, and even that would be a waste, as we all know that 90% of people never even buy a home to invest in.

If you truly know what you want, and you understand the market well, and you've developed a network of people who know what you like to buy / rent / sell, then I don't see the value in paying anyone else for agency.

Network with Local REO Real Estate Agents, Local Real Estate Investment Groups or Clubs, etc. as some of these individuals are your Inside Connections to Access the Info. that you need to Succeed in your Quest for Success as You Invest In Real Estate for Profit (Dollars).

It is easier to network when people are reading various thread if you can see where someone is from, what they do, what they have to offer, etc.Just check the rules to make sure that you are sharing the right things in the right way.John Corey
