New Investor from Detroit

N/A N/A

Hi All,

I came across this website and it looks like a great source of information and networking. I've been trying to invest in Detroit properties since the beginning of the year and I've made my mistakes and am learning from them, but I'm looking for advice from seasoned investors to help me get on track. I currently have three properties, that I bought with the intention of flipping, but without being able to sell my first finished property, I'm stuck with 2 half finished properties. I'm now trying to find tenants to rent the first home and pull money out to work on the other two properties. I would love to meet other investors who actively purchase Detroit properties to potentially sell to or atleast glean some new ideas on how to be successful in this market. Thanks in advance for any help, I look forward to the possibilites that this site may open for me.

Respectfully,

Brian Gammon
