Hello from Chicago (Sort of...)

N/A N/A
Posted

My name is Paul Strauss. I'm a fool-time real estate investor- no, that's not a typo :) and founder of The Windy City Round Table in Chicago.

I say "sort of" from Chicago because I actually no longer claim IL as my primary residence. After a lot of years of wanting to, and thinking about it- I've migrated to my adopted home State of Florida (near Delray Beach) and actually spend most of the year there.

I'm up here in Chicago buying, tending to the club which I'm in the process of installing an associate organizer who lives here, and working on a JV that's a big real estate investing event.

I used to post here awhile back, but due to some issues I took a long hiatus and let my old username (which was my real name: Paul Strauss) go. I'm happy to be back and look forward to contributing in a meaningful way to the community here.
