I guess it couldnt hurt to be getting new buyers, but Ive found Im talking to the same people constantly. Its to the point I dont even go to closing that much. I have them mail me my check, and my buyers know the situation, so they show up, and handle it with the seller. Another perk of working with the same buyers over and over.

I wholesale differently, but the buyers still work the same.
