All Cash is moving to Colorado!
Daggone it, I went an pulled the trigger. Wifey and I went to the Loveland/Ft. Collins area last week and found a pretty nice patio home for more than a bit under market. BTW, that market looks very soft to me.
It's a 3100 +/- square foot, 4/3/2, stucco with a tile roof. The neighbors across the street back up the golf course. It's about 4 1/2 years old with a major "dressing up" done less than a year ago, granite, S/S appliances, etc, etc.
We got it for just under $100/ft and they're leaving us a HUGE refrigerator. We paid less than the sellers did, and they put about $45K into upgrades not included in their purchase price.
Now to sell the TX property.
I'm grinning like a s**t salesman that just ate his samples.
