At the risk of self-promotion, I am an active syndicator I take a consulting approach with all of my investors, I don't believe there is one BEST investment or type of investment every investor has their own risk tolerance and appetite I find the right deal for them.  

I think all those people who want to sell houses without the assistance of agents, should use social media platforms to promote their property and get the value they deserve.
