Foreclosure/tax auctions.

I've read quite a bit and feel prepared for upcoming auctions, but would like to know if any BP folks have ran in to any unexpected snags or delays etc start to finish.

There is an auction coming up for 4 pieces of land (buildable lots).

If the property is sold or went to auction, it's no longer a lead.

Here is what the auction states: A 1/25/2013 Phase 1 ESA revealed evidence of RECs in connection with the site, including a 1987 oil spill which was reportedly cleaned up and former use as a gas station from 1911 through 1951.

I had no expectation of even purchasing a property that day as none of the homes auctioning looked to have any equity.

I would either meet a contractor or an owner, both are worthwhile contacts.Also go to public auctions.

My partner asked a phone agent for one of the "Auction" sites if they bid on the homes to get the price up.
