Returned post cards from direct mailing.

Hi all,

I was wondering what are some of the tactics you guys use to find owners that don't have a forwarding address? I have 40 post cards that were kicked back to me. How would you guys go about finding them?

I work all of my returns, or at least the ones I can find new info on.. Since most of my mailings are very targeted, I consider it a lead until I know otherwise. If the property is sold or went to auction, it's no longer a lead. If it's a super common name, I usually have to let those go. But I'll research the others for a couple of minutes to see if I can redirect the letter or find someone to call. Whenever it's possible I like to reach sellers that no one else is reaching.
