The Entry Only or Flat Fee model is not for everyone and there are a ton of very good and very professional Listing Agents out there that are worth the money .... but unfortunately they are not the majority. ....and Entry Only listings are just a tiny fraction of the market (much less than 1%) so no need to concern...keep doing what you are doing, ethically and professionally and you will always have good paying listings.

For my latest batch of mailers I was considering using Standard 3rd class postage because it is quite a bit cheaper, 10 cents cheaper in fact which is huge with the quantity I am mailing.My question is, generally, how long does it take for the post office to get around to taking care of your mail with standard postage?

In the last 2 months we have 175 Notice of Defaults (NOD's).Here are my costs....For me 5X7 Postcard both sides (250 quantity):.26 per card.08 Import list.25 pull list.46 postage.
