Finding Mailing Addresses More Quickly
Does anyone know how I can more quickly find the mailing addresses for properties that are either FSBO or just found driving for dollars. I'm making a list to market too, but going to the tax assessor site and entering one in at a time is killing me. If anyone has recommendations of software or a fancy website I'd love to hear it. Thanks,

What you need is good web scraping software. I used to do extensive web scraping in my old job for just this reason. My company used to bid on tax liens in multiple counties in multiple states. Bottom line is we would get the auction lists which would have anywhere from a few hundred to ~50,000 properties and would need property info for all of these in order to filter out the one's we wanted to bid on. It's easiest if you search by parcel ID, or APN, or whatever it's called in your county, but searching by property address is definitely doable.
The program I used was called iMacros. (no affiliation)
