Direct Mail Marketing
The idea of resending mailers to absentee homeowners a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time is new to me. Is this common knowledge, and does it work? Why is resending to the same people a good marketing strategy?
Also, what kind of success rate do you all get with your direct mail campaign?
I appreciate any help I can get here. Thanks in advance.

To add to what Ibrahim S said use the research to personalize your letters. For example if marketing to foreclosures mention the home owners bank in your letter. Something like "we/I have experience working with ACB bank..." The possibilities are really endless. My personal belief is that until one can direct mail to thousands a month, the more specific and personal the letters the better the response rate will be.
