@Clint Shelley Was the hope that since the property appraised at $158k and you're only buying it at $120k that, even though it sounds like this lender normally requires 25% down, they wouldn't in this case?

If the buyer wants to keep them all together, then they will need to find a portfolio lender that will package them into 1 loan, very normal with commercial loans.
