@Clint Shelley Was the hope that since the property appraised at $158k and you're only buying it at $120k that, even though it sounds like this lender normally requires 25% down, they wouldn't in this case?

If the buyer wants to keep them all together, then they will need to find a portfolio lender that will package them into 1 loan, very normal with commercial loans.

@Steve Morris in the beginning yes it’s terrible but after you get a thick skin and get better at it’s a great tool I just wanted to see if anything had changed when I was out of the sales game.

I've found it very difficult to do in normal circumstances and I can only imagine that it will be very hard given that the pandemic has fewer people in the office.
