Choosing brokerage firm to work under

Hi my name is Dylan Cronkhite, after several months of studying I have passed my Washington real estate brokers examination!!! I am now in the process of applying for my license and choosing a broker. I have some questions, can you help?

How did you choose the brokerage firm you wanted to work with?

Was it easy?

What are some key topics to focus on when deciding who to work with a specific brokerage?

How many brokerages would you recommend looking into in my local area? (we have plenty)

Is there any make or break factors for you?
