If you had $1000 for a direct mail marketing campaign what would you do to generate leads from motivated sellers?

I'll keep you in mind when I need a lead on property management companies. 

My position with the builder is processing new leads, selling them on our communities, getting them out to our models.

I just had a question about how to go about getting tax delinquent leads and code violation leads from the courthouse.  

I am pretty confident that calling other banks will lead you to better terms.

It doesn't matter what brokerage you work for the boss isn't going to spoon feed you leads.

What about the houses yo looked at, did it lead to any offers?  

So far, I've sent out truly hand written yellow letters, just launched a postcard campaign using Every Door Direct Mail from the post office, setup two different websites and associated google adwords campaigns, and I also got 1 lead from my car magnet.
