Tax Lates and Code violations in Sacramento area

Hello BP,

My name is Carl I live in the Sacramento area and am pretty new to real estate investing.  I have read lots of the blogs and RE books as well as listened to podcasts, and am ready to take some action and make 2016 a great year!

I just had a question about how to go about getting tax delinquent leads and code violation leads from the courthouse.  I know the court house is the most current and best place to get them.  Does anyone in the area or in other areas know what the best way to go about getting these leads?  Do I need to follow a certain procedure? Talk to a certain person? I also will be getting eviction leads in the future which may be at the courthouse or title company?  I know I will just focus on one thing at a time for now.

I will be using direct mail most likely to contact leads once I get enough.  Thanks in advance!!
