@Stephen Turner  the 800 a file as additional submission fee Is what others have posted about on BP you certainly would want to double check that with DHM for accuracy...Gorilla is a very experienced foreclosure buyer who is moving into the space as foreclosures have dried up.. 

I can't be the only one that sees every day on the calendar as a dollar amount and hope to have it filled the exact day the paint dries.

For now we have opted to leave things to dry out and are going back on Friday morning to inspect.

He told us he does not use the dishwasher in the home.It is my understanding that if a dishwasher goes for an extended period without use, elements within it can 'dry out' and the dishwasher will require repair.  

Right now, it is pretty dry so I wouldn't be surprised if those gaps shrink when the moisture is back.

Once the jobs dry up or home prices become more affordable no one wants to live way out there.  

In practice, the real world doesn't work as cut and dry as you describe. 

You can also dissolve some in water and spray under furniture cushions etc (it'll leave white residue when dry so don't go crazy with it).

Cleaned wood (studs, floor joists) must dry for 14 days before being covered with new drywall.

It's not quite as cut and dry as having a girlfriend = she get's half.
