Great area with a lot of potential with lakes and beaches.

Is there anyone in the Palm Beach county that can provide some insight into the small multi-family housing (2-4 unit) market, specifically in Boca Raton or Delray Beach.

My wife and I are licensed Florida RE agents and will be moving to Delray Beach next month.

The house backs up to a former golf course in Myrtle Beach, SC, which is being converted into a new housing community.

I’m also looking to invest in BR and currently am investing in Myrtle Beach, SC with amazing returns.

I don't know if this is possible since I'm an in-town host at the beach.
