New Dallas-Based Investor - Looking to Network!

Hi everyone,

My name is Andrew and I just recently joined BP after diving deep into REI books and podcasts. We just bought our primary residence a couple months ago in Richardson, TX and am now gearing up to expand into real estate investing. I am looking to build a portfolio of single family and small multifamily rental properties to increase cash flow. I'm planning on investing locally (Dallas/Fort Worth/North Texas) areas and remotely, preferably around the Minneapolis and St Paul areas.
