I'm looking for constructive criticism on my Airbnb listing. I'm a newbie to this so please go easy on me...

It's a beautiful room, you've done a fantastic job decorating it. I love that you've hidden the TV cords in the wall! As someone else said, your rates are really low for such a beautiful space.
Some things I would do:
1) When you land on your page, you see the first 5 photos. I would remove the Texas map photo from those, and put in #8 of the bathroom as the second photo, because that beautiful space is a selling point. Also straighten photo #6.
2) You have in your list of amenities that there is a private entrance. But it's not in your main description that guests read. That is a very attractive feature, because a lot of people don't want to stay in someone's guest room. With a private entrance, it's more like a separate apartment. I would title it "Guest Suite with Private Entrance", and not call it just a bedroom or private room.
3) Could you add a small fridge? That is something that most hotels have now, and is very appreciated for cold drinks. It looks like there might be room between the door and the dining table, although I don't see an outlet on that wall.
4) One thing short term rentals miss a lot of the time is having nightstands on both sides of the bed. Think about the things you need a place for next to the bed at night - an alarm clock, eyeglasses, phone, glass of water, book. There are narrow nightstands available now, or you could put up small shelves instead. Also small reading lamps on either side of the bed, wall mounted if must be. The only light is the overhead light on the fan, which is harsh when you're laying down in bed.
5) Convenient place to charge cellphones. Think about what is needed for a guest to do that without laying the phone on the floor. Either a way to plug them in while on the nightstands, or maybe a narrow shelf to fit 2 phones under the TV where there is an outlet.
Good luck, I hope you do great!
