My advice is to file as soon as possible  and get them out before the politicians change their mind again.

Landlords across this country are being crushed by cruel, unethical, unfair, biased, politicians that created A (temporary...) law (suggestion) to ban evictions, in some states this is flat all across the board (we cant get squatters out in NJ).Does anyone have any suggestion here what WE can do?

I think at the earliest we are looking at a year from now and then we are looking at an election year where politicians will be buying votes with our money again.  

Politicians have invaded the minds of some renters and have emboldened freeloaders that will surely test our screening skills and inevitably some land lords will fail.

This may be very difficult to solve for a while given the attitude of local politicians and your tenants.

Our only hope is after November the politicians won't be trying to buy votes with our money but who knows. 

@Matt Morse @Nam TrangUnfortunately, this sham of a law is a perfect example of how politicians have created a system where fraud is rampant and Tenants are essentially trained to skirt your No Pet policy.The law requires us to accept emotional support animals.
