The buildings that need financing would be 2-4 units but also larger, multifamily.Any of the 2 scenarios would be fine:1) we could do a substantial down payment and look for financing for the rest of the purchase price2) we buy buildings with cash and try to take some equity out of the deal when the building is fully occupiedAny suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
