Are there any plans to have a similar feature for non-hard money loans?

So whats the best way to get around all the other features?

They have unemployment benefits that will run out.

We actually have a site "overhaul" coming up where we will be updating some things (the picture size issue was one of them) as well as adding a few new sections/features...just have to wait until my site admin has some time.

If you're both unemployed you will be unable to get any sort of conventional or commercial loan, so you'll have to find creative deals.

I think this is one of those gimmick features that they charge more for knowing noone will use it.IMO

Im predicting that as many of the long term unemployed benefits are running out they will actually get off the couch and go look for and find jobs.Public sector unions will be cracked and the people of America will demand less government waste.

The only "selling" I do is features and benefits of my rental unit over some other nearby competitive unit that is available.But usually, the good tenant applicants are looking for lowest price - if you have that, then you have an "easy sell".

For so long as unemployment is high, the economy is probably not going to move much.

There are a number of other features that work there that work the same way.
