Im predicting that as many of the long term unemployed benefits are running out they will actually get off the couch and go look for and find jobs.Public sector unions will be cracked and the people of America will demand less government waste.

The only "selling" I do is features and benefits of my rental unit over some other nearby competitive unit that is available.But usually, the good tenant applicants are looking for lowest price - if you have that, then you have an "easy sell".
