I was watching CNN yesterday and one real estate professor predict the RE market will go down another 10-15% more in price late summer of this year. Inventory will flood most of the big market and the commercial REO will start making they way as well. what you guys think? What should start investor should be doing from now till then?

I don't take to much stock in national predictions. RE is very local and some areas will be affected more than others. That being said I will be watching for opportunities because I personally don't think we will see the price levels again in our life time.
