One tip that I picked up here is while you are starting out and saving money for your investments, start driving / visiting areas you would like to invest in so you get a feel for prices, rents , house conditions etc, and visit and look at lots of homes and open houses so your eye get used to looking at repairs / upgrades that are normal in a particular market.

If they are looking for a place to rent they may go there, but I'd think they would have more time to actively search other leads.Advertising is a multi-media animal of sorts, anything you can do that is cost effective to put your product in the public eye is probably a good thing to do.

(it's hard to tell for sure due to sunlight) With the dirt in front, and the roof not on, your eye is picking up the peach tones, I don't think it's actually pink.The builders should have shown you a stucco chart that has actual chips of the finished stucco colors.

Being able to keep an eye on my score makes the FICO no so important because I may be wrong, but I think that if my score is good and rising the FICO must be okay :)
