Hello BP Community newbie from Clearwater, Fl

Hello Everyone,

I have been watching the forums for a little while now. Trying to gather as much information as I can. I have dreamed of working in REI for over 10 years now. I discovered wholesaling a few years ago and I have tried to grasp the concept in all of my free time. I think it is really my only opportunity to be able to build the cash to be able to flip properties, which is my true passion. I have a lot of talents and knowledge with rehab and building homes. I have also spent some time with a local real estate investing company which I first drove around taking pictures of properties that were coming up for auction and list the condition. I then started completing repair bids for them. So I have the knowledge to make an educated ARV report and Estimated repair values. I also know the current real estate market here in Pinellas County. I have spent the last 5 years watching all the deals coming and going. I would love to meet with other like minded people who have done wholesale deals in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Belleair, Palm Harbor, Tampa or any other town in our area. I have a true passion for Real Estate. It isn't only about the money for me. It is my true passion to fix up nasty houses. I just love the whole process. Growing up with in the home building and remodeling family, it is just where I feel at home. I

I would love any advice any one has for me.  I am a quick learner and a very honest person.  I have started to send out letters to find my first deal.  I am committed to send out as many letters and do as much networking as I can. 

I am so happy that I found this community.  If I would have only found this site 3 years ago.  I can not imagine where I would be right now.  Probably actually getting to complete flips.  I am grateful for every post and tid bit of advice everyone offers here.  I thought I would have to save up a huge amount of money to be able to attend one of the guru events.  I have been to several of their conferences.  But unfortunately they never give enough information to feel confident about completing the first deal without attending the high dollar events.
