As someone who "retired" at 57 and whose most fulfilling activities now involve doing real estate projects, I would encourage you to focus on that goal.

My other 20 leads in my CRM are all direct mail...except for 2 who were wholesalers who found me personally and called me.Takes time to learn the ropes...I'm still learning...but it's encouraging as you see progress and work paying off 

Hi folks, I participated in Brandon's "90 Day" webinar last week and there were lots of Pro members interested in walking together in a mastermind to support, encourage and hold each other accountable. 

On his podcasts he talks a lot about his mastermind group and encourages his listeners to get involved with their own.

I would encourage you focus on understanding the numbers like rental rates, expenses, and cash-flow to save for reserves. 

Even though I’m new it seems like everyone is always willing to offer advice, and knowledge, it’s super encouraging, and somewhat comforting to know that I have access to so much information and so many tips so thank you all in advance.

And lastly they abolished all future 3-6 unit conversions altogether.Yup, SF  really encourages condo conversions!
