I urgently need a GC to start work.

I'm going to be renovating a home that had 5 dogs. 

Her reasons for doing so were dumb (I use window units in my own bedroom and not a darn one has ever "fallen" out of the window...and I do rescue with both cats and dogs.)At this point I'd consider letting her out of the lease and be done with it.BTW, I don't think you mentioned where this has all taken place. 

I'm not sure how a dog destroys an AC, but OK.

For example if the ESA is a breed that is restricted by your insurance company and having the dog would cause them to drop you and the replacement policy would be more money or impossible to secure you would have grounds for denial.

@Yuzi SthaWe have people on the phones,mailers,brokers,bird dogs...etc.  

However we’d probably be downsizing to a 5th wheel temporarily on a family members property with a baby and 2 dogs.

I have changed my policies to allow dogs which attracts a few more guests than I expected.
