What’s up Bigger pockets family! I’m currently in a bind. Just bought my first flip property & is a beauty in the Choctaw, ok area (2100 squat suttinf in 2.5 acres) but can’t get a GC! All are too busy & I closed 3 weeks ago already. I urgently need a GC to start work.
