@Carrie Giordano@Linda WeygantAfter doing several hundred HUD transactions, I have never seen or even heard of HUD paying or doing any repairs unless it was damage or vandalism AFTER the contract had been ratified by HUD.

So, you cannot be the handyperson or hardware store delivery clerk for your IRA's flip transaction.Flipping is also something that is considered a trade or business activity, and if carried on at a regular or repeated basis the gains from such transactions are subject to taxation known as UBTI.

I found that if I disputed every negative item, that some of them had to be removed because the creditor didn't respond to the verification inquiry from the credit bureau.If you have high credit card utilization rates, but very few inquiries, then your scores can actually improve by asking for credit limit increases.
