Hey everyone i'm Josh and i've been on BP probably about 6 months and am just now writing my introduction. I'm from Batavia NY which is right between Buffalo and Rochester. It's kinda in the middle of nowhere but at the same time its really convenient because i've been able to go to the REIA's and meetups in both cities. I'm getting into wholesaling because i was a debt collector and the skills i gained from that job have carried over. Right now i have one deal under contract and another in the works with others that either fell through or were no deals. Pretty much all of my leads have come from Craigslist which surprised me. I have 100 yard signs in the mail and they should be here Friday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
