Hello all.  My wife Cindy and I are investors and have been doing this for about fifteen years.  We would like to connect to like minded people in the South Carolina area.  We are looking for real estate meetings or other investors.  We actually live in CA and are in Barnwell SC doing a fix and flip.  We do this all over the country as kind of a working vacation.  It is something Cindy and I enjoy.  Our last one was in Jacksonville FL.  We have many rentals and we carry paper on mobiles that we buy and fix.  I am sure most of you have heard of Lonnie deals.  I am a licensed mobile home dealer in Ca and also a Contractor.
