My realtor sent me a listing for a ready to move in 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in a great neighborhood.

I just rented my first condo to a tenant.

That sure is a tiny house for 4 bedrooms. 

For example the county says it's a 2 bed 2 bath but the listing says it's a 3 bed 2 bath--- the current owners enclosed a porch to make a bedroom.

I moved to Vancouver in 2012 and had purchased a office condo in California in 2010.

I looked up the average rent and it says $810 for a one bedroom, $1150 for a 2, and $1640 for a 3.
