No way to finance single room condo 4.

Hello Friends,I own a 1982-built ground-level condo (one unit above, one below).

Even if it is only a 2 bedroom, great looking place.

There is almost no scenario where a condo would ever positive cash flow while servicing debt, and very little positive cash flow with no debt.If your budget only allows for a condo, find a better place to put your money to work.   

Purchase price: $75,000 Cash invested: $10,000 Sale price: $120,000 This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single family detached house is South Georgia.

Hello everyone, what should I look for When I inspect/ tour a condo for the first time?

I still owe about $140k on the current condo.

While your condo snowball strategy builds equity, modest cash flow and HOA fees may limit returns.

I'd recommend looking for a house versus a condo.
