For many apartments, they’d have to fill out applications on the spot and cross their fingers.Those days are over.

Are bidders allowed to inspect the property prior to or after placing bids/having bids accepted? 

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered, but just to offer my .02, You are looking to renovate the 2 most expensive rooms in an apartment, the bathroom and kitchen.

Right now, my interests are in multi-family apartment rentals, but we would be interested in learning more about your successes and how you can flip so many homes per year.

My quick cash, no closing costs, no appraisal, no inspections was attractive to them. 

I deal with the tenants-- take phone calls, screen applicants, show apartments, collect rent, deal with maintenance issues (scheduling and hiring), find properties, market properties, plan renovations, buy renovation materials, assist with renovations and do bookkeeping for rent collections. 

<shrug>I couldn't imagine being the manager of a 400-unit apartment complex and being worried about the overnight guests of each and every apartment.
