Foreclosure Auctions - Mecklenburg County, NC
Hey everyone, hope all is well in the forums. I was hoping someone with some foreclosure/auction experience could help me out with a quick question about the process in general. I'm interested in potentially placing some bids on some properties in Mecklenburg County in NC but am unfamiliar with how the due diligence process works compared to a typical property purchase.
Are bidders allowed to inspect the property prior to or after placing bids/having bids accepted? I'm assuming these properties are sold as is, but am wondering some ways to go about having a solid due diligence process. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks everyone!
