Hi All,
I wanted to introduce myself here in this forum, as I have not had an opportunity to do so before, but I am new to multi-family investing and have been diving in headfirst through the BP podcasts, webinars, forums, books, and other literature.
I will be investing in the Lehigh Valley area in the next few months and would like to connect with various people in this area. Additionally, I reside in the Doylestown area, and would not be opposed to forming relationships with other investors in the tri-state market.
Currently, I am looking to build my team moving forward, and pursue my goals.

Thanks for responding back to me! How do you like the Lehigh Valley flipping market, my fiance and I are looking into this over the course of time?
Right now, my interests are in multi-family apartment rentals, but we would be interested in learning more about your successes and how you can flip so many homes per year. Additionally, any future referrals, whether contractors to agents, I am open to hearing it all.

Welcome! I’m not too far from you; I’m finishing with my first deal (what some a ‘flip in’), looking for a primary residence, as well as a small multi-family unit in the Bloomsburg/Danville area. Welcome to BP! I'm not far from you, just north in Ottsville. My wife and I are relatively new to real estate investing, buying our first last year. Things are going well with it so far! We are also looking into the Lehigh Valley area, seems like a growing market? We've been up to the area a few times, a lot to take in, different areas, colleges, hospitals, and the casino's. BP has some good info on the area, dig in, I've learned quite a bit so far. Good luck in your search!

Episode 283 Paul Thompson - Quite a new episode but I would think everyone would agree this is a top episode. Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.) Plus...escape velocity...
Episode 113 – Jay Papasan - Very practical slow and steady advice
Episode 221 - Tim Shiner - his concept of equity build up and "shearing the sheep" shows some of the flexibility of real estate vs a 401k
Last but not least, I also recommend all the tax advice given by my fellow CPAs on the BP Podcast.
