I have been lurking on Bigger Pockets for sometime now and have finally committed to taking action on my goals for 2018 (mainly, purchase a 10+ unit apartment building) so I figured it would be best to introduce myself the the BP community and start networking. 

As far as the creative financing, I am taking about 6 months to a year to get educated on creative financing and figure how this RE machine works.

The solution is to figure out a method to bill back the tenants for the water usage.

The agents making mid 6 to seven figures a year in commission knows that success starts with themselves.

Hello Everyone,I am looking at Moving to Sarasota and buying a Heath Professional Practice and the sale includes the space in the professional building about 1300sf.We are almost at the end of gathering data needed about the practice and now trying to figure out condo space price.

The point is that you have to spend some time to figure out what you want from you investing. 

Trying to figure out least costly approach in resolving this.

I really just want to hire them both until I figure out what else I can use them for.

I’ll give it another shot and appreciate the encouragement just figured I’d throw out my past experiences.
