@Billy Davidson I just started reading the beginners guide that BP had written so I’m excited to learn the basics from the minds of people who’ve been doing this for years.

I'm torn because I was so excited in finding and buying our own property and never renting ever again, haha! 

I am so excited for what is to come with my decision to pursue real estate as a way to secure my families future. 

I'm just so excited to be part of this community as I start my journey in real estate investing. 

Needless to say, I'm beyond excited to learn more, figure out the process, gain confidence, find a core 4, learn more, study more, and I feel that the wheels are finally on track and I have direction and purpose.

Our project involves two cabins and twelve glamping sites and I love when I see people who are excited about this space! 

I understand that I need to keep money aside each month for the big ticket items that will need to be replaced.I'm excited to hear your thoughts and will be more excited to hear that this posts sparks ideas or opportunity for anyone else.Thank you
