Hello BP Community!  I am so excited for what is to come with my decision to pursue real estate as a way to secure my families future.  About me, well I am 37 y/o, married and we have four children (blended family) ranging from (14-24 )and a grand-child.  I know, I know we look way too young but it is true.  I am active duty Navy and we are currently stationed in the San Diego, CA area.  I have been in for 19 and half years.  I am looking to retire in about 3-4 years.  I recently told my wife that I do not want to work a 9-5 when I retire from the military, especially after 20 plus years of military life.  Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed it, but it is time for the next chapter.

That next chapter is real estate.  I dove in head first and for the past three weeks I've listened to like a hundred podcast, read books, and watched YouTube videos gathering all the general information and narrowing down where I want to start and I settled on virtual wholesaling, because our local market is crazy.  We just bought our first home here July 2020 and I think seeing the appreciation on our home first planted the real estate investment seed.

I am looking forward to reading everyone's post, adding to the post, and seeing what kind of creative ways everyone seals deals.
