Hello all! I'm new to the BP community and I am extremely excited about this journey! My partner and I have been reading books and listening to the podcast to educate ourselves on the topic. We are in the process of refinancing and taking a HELOC to get a SFR as a rental property. We are located in Phoenix, AZ , but we are looking into Texas for our first deal.
