Hey so, I’ve been interested in getting into the life of real estate investing but I have never went to school for it and I only done my own research on it and feel like I don’t qualify to get into this. But I see how this can be potentially life changing and don’t want to miss out on the opportunity. With all that being said, does anyone have tips or information on how to get into this gigantic world of real estate? I’m 23 and don’t have any connections of my own to ask questions to.

@Julian Serrano Congrats. Real estate is such an awesome path to financial freedom. I think reading books that BP has to offer/listening to podcasts has helped me immensely. I think running numbers on investment properties in your area to see what a good deal is. Look at youtube for how to run numbers in your neighborhood. There are so many avenues to get good at this. Every day do something little and don't stop. These things will continue to add up.

Have you read any books yet?
