At this point I've just been bird dogging and calling people looking for leads.

Justin actually had a mentorship program that I took part in where we would bird dog for him in exchange for his knowledge and monthly mastermind calls.

Since there was a small amount of dog poop (we'd been there the week before, with 1 small dog, in a tiny yard, like 30x15), the landlord did need to pick up the remaining poop there.  

This will serve as a great way to reinforce certain concepts, behaviors or thought process. 

I would like to reach out to any wholesalers, real estate investors or real estate agents that i can work for to bird dog properties.

This isnt a question, or anything to be asked, but Something I wished I would have done before buying our first duplex was to go and listen closely to the surrounding dog barking.
