Investor Questions - OTR & Vicinity

Hi -

I am looking at areas in Cincinnati, OH close to OTR. I hear a lot of buzz around OTR, but wanted to see if there are other areas on the outskirts of OTR that's worth a look - specifically Clifton Heights, West Walnut Hills, Brighton Arts Area (cross street: Bank St & Linn St). Does anyone have experience with this area or any others in Cincy that's worth a look?
