Hello,my name is Ryan Goer and i am from Dallas,Tx. Currently i work as an Licensed Vocational Nurse. My ultimate goal is to start real estate through wholesaling. I would like to reach out to any wholesalers, real estate investors or real estate agents that i can work for to bird dog properties. I was referred to this website by one of Tom Krols associate(Darren). My goal is to save up enough money for Tom Krols mentorship. Im a hard worker and I am willing put every effort into learning about real estate.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
